Commercial
Buildings that earn their keep.
Offices, retail, hospitality and mixed-use. A commercial building has more masters than a house: owner, tenant, customer, regulator, and the design has to keep all of them in view. We design with the operating economics in mind, not just the photographs.

Industrial & agricultural
Practical, durable, sized to the work.
Warehouses, workshops, packing sheds, agricultural buildings. The brief is usually clear and the budget is usually tight. So the design is about getting the spans, the access, and the workflow right, then making the building stand up to what it's asked to do.

Concept & design
Site visit, brief, sketch options. We arrive at a design you're happy with before working drawings begin.

Working drawings
Plans, sections, elevations and details. The document a builder prices from and works to.

Council submission
Drawings prepared and lodged, queries answered, approvals followed up. We handle the municipality, you don't.

3D visualisation
Renderings and walkthroughs at the design stage so you can see the house before it's built, not after.

Specifications
Material schedules and finishes set down in writing, so what gets quoted is what gets built.

Site supervision
Regular site visits during construction, coordination with engineers and contractors, snagging at completion.
